Served as Commissioner of Development for the fastest-growing city in New York State. Headed the expansion and extension of the Downtown Overlay Zone to include a waterfront zone, added provisions and incentives for new open space and parkland that created 3,000 new housing units, and enhanced requirements/incentives for sustainable building design, green infrastructure, and climate resiliency.
