There are three primary duties: Patient reception, walk-in consultations, express order fulfillment.
In reception, engage new and existing patients, assist in directing them to the appropriate area using multiple different tools, all while maintaining a positive interaction.
With walk-ins, find out patient's intentions, assist in selections and inquiries all while building rapport.
For express, fulfill online orders in a reasonable time period and address any issues that arise. Communicate electronically or over the phone with patient's if needed.
Secondary duties include but not limited to: Cleaning tasks, Patient Outreach Programs like tabling at events and sales calls, inventory management, and training.
Sports or other fitness activities multiple times a week. Healthy habits and time management to stay ready physically while also keeping sharp mentally. A belief that it is important to have balance not just literally but with different goals in life.
