As a Quality Assurance Representative I have coordinated, supervised and complied with over 4200 mishap free maintenance actions accumulating to over 2000 man hours.
Utilize a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment as well as technical documentation and schematics to assess and troubleshoot aircraft systems.
Creatively problem solve difficult and confusing tasks related to preparing aircraft for flight.
Train and certify aircraft pilots, military personnel, and Department of Defense employees semi-annually on Egress and Explosive Systems.
Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures while working on aircraft while working as a quality assurance safety observer.
Personally, Operate and supervise operation of equipment. Serve as Subject Matter Expert with qualifications and licenses to assist work centers in operating cranes, Mobile Electric Power Units, Auxiliary Power Units, Oxygen servicing units, and other equipment required to complete routine and unscheduled maintenance actions.
Generate and screen reports, ensuring all personnel working on the flight line are properly certified in egress safety procedures.
Perform program audits and investigations regarding aircraft maintenance practices and compliance with publications.
