Energetic Educator who is dedicated to continuous learning, and professional growth. I have been teaching for three years at my current school, where I have demonstrated strong leadership skills as team lead for two years. I am passionate about relationship building, involving stakeholders, and English Language Arts. I am reflective in my practice, internalize feedback, and make it actionable in my classroom to benefit my students. I am always researching, collaborating, and brainstorming ways to improve instruction to meet the needs of my class for them to succeed both social-emotional and academic.
