  • Ran Kaizens in multiple areas to improve parts presentation and processes within the areas
  • CI support on eB2 Lean Project, where we increased eB2 capacity from 4 to 10 by eliminating bottlenecks, and waste and improving multiple processes throughout line 1 and pool 22
  • Completed Mutual obstruction analysis for multiple models on line 1, and held a workshop to review findings and brainstorm on how to improve
  • CI support on S2 to line 2 lean expert project. I identified 37 kaizens which freed up over 1100 square feet of space. Moved three processes from line 1 to pool 12 to free up space for the line 1 expansion and assisted in training for line 2 cab processes.
  • Developed a new form of Leadership/Team Leader training that consisted of 3 different levels.
  • Currently rolled out levels 1 & 2 and completed training with all production Supervisors and Team leads.
  • Developed a new form of hands-on training for new hires to reduce turnover when released to the shop floor.
  • Successfully certified 11 team leaders in Lean Agent certification by delivering targeted training sessions.
