Lynn Hardee

• Team Lead, Fourth Grade: Collaborate heavily with team members across content areas to achieve necessary academic growth for student success, including cross- curricular activities. Currently responsible for partnering with colleague in Humanities, comprising of reading, writing, and social studies across two academic schedule blocks. Daily accomplishments include navigation of curriculum and planning, scheduling of lessons and enrichment activities, implementation of best classroom management practices, and creating engaging and effective instruction for students entering Middle School.
• First Grade: Self-contained classroom utilizing TEKS, CCCS, duties include implementing/assessing TCRWP, F&P Guided Reading program, Words Their Way Phonics Program, Bridges Math Curriculum/Number Corner, to 21 students.
