May transmit, receive and/or acknowledge electronic mail,messages, forms and reports; insures proper handling and clearance, if required; and prints hardcopies or routes to other terminals. Material is created in draft or final form into a variety of formats utilizing terminology common to the program and organization. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of information, spelling, grammar construction, punctuation and presence of necessary enclosures.
