administration in a timely manor as well as Patient Care Plans for each patient admission.

Hospice/ End of Life Care w/ Daily Patient Care, Medication Administration, & One on One
Family/ Patient interaction and End of Life Coaching. Patient daily care and ROM (Range Of Motion) for Long Term Care patients as well as assistant feeding and dressing as needed. Flexibility w/ hours for On-Call status.

• Admitted Long Term Care patients as well as administered medicine
• Patient daily care set up as well as daily wound care
• Supervision of STNAs for optimal and appropriate patient care per their patient Care Plan.

• Medication Administration, Patient Care Supervision, STNA Assignment Planning, & Patient
• Care Planning.

• Rehabilitative Patient Care, Range of Motion, Assisted Feeding, Requisitions for Labs and reporting.
