PASTOR ADEMOLA M. ADELOYE

Conducts the following activities in the Area:

• Holy communion servicesw
• Marriage ceremonies
• Naming ceremonies
• Administer and organize various youth programs
• Train and hire volunteers for efficient implementation of youth programs
• Provide counselling and assist youth to achieve all individual goals
• Coordinate with parents on various activities and manage various Christian parenting roles
• Coordinate and supervise monthly reports and remittances
• Mobilizes prayers for the province as directed by pastor in charge of province
• Coordinates various provincial head of departments and report to pastor in charge of province on their performances and activities
• Relieves the pastor in charge of province when on leave
• Supervises the activities of RCCG Fulfilment Centre and all parishes under the center

• Ensured routine Evangelical visits to the provinces Youth ministry within the Region
• Coordinated Evangelical and Revival programs on Campus fellowships within the region
• Preached in several mission fields with the aim of winning souls
• Carried out not less than 20 Evangelistic messages in monthly crusade
• Administered and organized various indoor and outdoor youth outreaches programs in the region
• Train and hire volunteers for efficient implementation of youth programs
• Provide counselling and assist youth to achieve all individual goals
• Coordinate with parents on various activities and manage various Christian parenting roles

Responsibilities/ Functions:

• Coordinated all affairs of the mission in the country.
• Executed the decision of the General Overseer.
• Assisted the authority in seeing to the rapid expansion of the mission and it’s allied ministries in the country.
• Organized constant prayer support for the mission, it’s leadership and all programs and project embarked upon by the mission .
• Forwarded all monthly reports to the coordinating province.

• Represented the General Overseer in the Zone to conduct Holy communion service, Marriage ceremony, Naming ceremony, Burial ceremony, House and Church Foundation laying.
• Established new parishes and consolidated existing parishes.
• Coordinated Revival and Evangelistic programmes of the parishes in the Area.
• Pursued the mission’s vision within the Zone i.e Church planting and development of quality life of members.
• Organized minister conferences/ Trainings three (3) times a year and other programmes approved by the province.
• Kept the pastor in charge of province informed about the activities of the Area,
