By analyzing and organizing the clients many boxes of loose leaf papers that included the original South Penn lease, some lease amendments or ratifications, random division orders, hand written land owner letters directing payments, and much more. After correctly cross-referencing and including each document in each associated lease file that we then compiled into the client's standardized format, ensuring all proper documentation was included, mapping, lease status, HBP or expired, and royalty/storage/shut-in payment recipients, as reflected in title, title opinions, DEP/DNR, client-provided lease files, and accounting information. Also, I made a digital copy of each completed file for clients' records.
