Started out for ten years working in the Telemarketing department as an Assistant Manager-split Manager for the night shift. At this point, I was able to move to the clinic at the Front Desk. During this time, I acquired my CTA- Therapy license as well as my CXT license as an X-ray Tech. Within two years, I was manager/supervisor of the entire office and have continued to pick up more responsibility in the manager/supervisor position since. My duties include managing/supervising several employees ensuring the office runs smoothly as well as completing insurance verifications, setting up financial agreements with patients, checking patients in and out, scheduling, answering phones, collecting any monies owed, setting up patients for therapy, taking X-rays, responding/completing Medical Records requests, and handling any patient account issues/concerns, along with cleaning and maintaining the office building. I also add up all employee time cards for payroll processing.
