Using complex SQL queries and/or advanced Excel spreadsheets, some new projects I am working on include:

• Pharmacy outreach program effectiveness on providers and members.
• Interactive dashboard to assess effectiveness of automated prior authorization compared with manual auth for payers and specialties.
• A dashboard to reveal quarterly over and under utilization by members based on specialty and LOB. This includes summary data, as well as detailed specialty and member level data.
