During this time I learned to do payroll, absence tracking, boost moral, onboarding and engage in activities with our store and community. As a part of this role I also became the Mosaic Team Lead.

As the Mosaic Team lead, I am in charge of hosting events, building moral, and making sure our store is a happy and positive place to work at where everyone feels included. I also cultivate positive relationships with our community by working together in activities within local towns.
