Accomplishments

    Human Resource Admin - June 2021

    When I first began my role as Front End Ops, I was nominated by our management team to be trained as a Human Resource manager. During this time I learned to do payroll, absence tracking, boost moral, onboarding and engage in activities with our store and community. As a part of this role I also became the Mosaic Team Lead.

    Mosaic Team Lead - August 2021

    Nominated by our store manager, Katie Epstein, to lead the mosaic group for our store. As the Mosaic Team lead, I am in charge of hosting events, building moral, and making sure our store is a happy and positive place to work at where everyone feels included. I also cultivate positive relationships with our community by working together in activities within local towns.
