- Served as the subject-matter expect for the Cabot Police Department on Domestic Violence issues and provided policy guidance to bring Cabot PD into new Laura’s Card and Lethality Assessment laws for the state of Arkansas.
- Served as one of the primary catalysts for Cabot PD purchasing police body cameras for every officer in 2015. Conducted research and presented information to senior leadership to make the decision easier and helped facilitate the implementation of body camera policy.

- Designed and implemented an MS Access database to track high volumes of incident reports generated at the airport. This database streamlined incident tracking efforts and earned high praise from TSA PHL management.
