Project Manager for a new two story addition to the Butler Tech Bioscience Building in West Chester, OH.

• It is a $12 million project that is currently in buyout phase.
• I am responsible for buyout, writing subcontracts, and establishing the 14 month schedule to get us from procurement to commissioning.

Working as the Construction Manager on site for multiple phases of a school renovation. I am responsible for working with my Project Manager and alongside the Design Team and the Owner.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading weekly contractor meetings.
• Preparing change orders, RFI's, reviewing submittals.
• Updating and maintaining schedule.

Current Project:

• Ludlow Schools - Addition and Renovation - $32 million

- Renovation in phases of approximately 50,000sf of classrooms, kitchen, and cafeteria

- New construction of 18,000sf for new admin space, classrooms, and second cafeteria

Worked as on site Project Manager for several different projects on one high school campus. I am responsible for the financials of the projects along with my SR PM and Project Executive. Responsibilities include:

• Leading weekly OAC meetings.
• Issuing LOI's, subcontracts, change orders, RFI's, submittals, updating and maintaining schedule.
• Being the main point of contact for the owner and owners rep.

Projects include:

• Sycamore HS - Interior Renovation - $18 million

- Renovation of 150,000sf of classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria space over 9
phases. School remained in session during the entire duration.

• Sycamore HS - Natatorium - $9.7 million

- Complete demo of existing pool from roof all the way down to footers.
Installing new pool, super structure, and roof.

• Sycamore HS - Interior Athletics - $5 million

- Renovation of 1st and 2nd floor locker room area, as well as
renovation of existing gym.

• Sycamore HS - Football Field and Concession Stand - $4.2 million

- New concession stand, 3,500 seat football stadium, and parking lot
on the school grounds.

Worked as on site Project Engineer for several projects. Supported the Project Executive, SR PM, and Superintendent. Responsibilities included:

• Issuing change orders, RFI's, and submittals.
• Assited SR PM with the monthly billings.
• Update and maintain schedule.

Projects include:

• Symmes Elementary - $9.8 million

- 15,000sf addition for new Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms. Full
renovation of the existing 62,000sf school along with sitework that
added parking.

• Tire Discounters Corporate Office - $5.5 million

- Full demo and renovation of 6 floors, totaling 33,000sf.

- Added a grand staircase in the middle that went from the first floor
all the way up to the 6th floor.
