As a Tai Chi instructor, it is an honor to share the fascinating world of internal martial arts styles from northern and southern China. Offering 10 years of experience in internal martial arts, 14 years of ballet training, 8 years of aerial acrobatics training and instruction, 4 years of Taekwondo and Karate training, and 1 year of Wing Chun, it is exciting to offer a unique and diverse approach to learning from a variety of different mind/body disciplines. With a lifetime certification from the American Sports and Fitness association as a Tai Chi Instructor, knowledgeable in several traditional internal forms, well read in the area of theory and history, as well as experience teaching both young and young at heart, dedicated to sharing the scientifically proven health benefits including improved coordination and balance, improved cognitive functioning, reduced pain, increased strength and flexibility, and increased energy level.
