Offering 10 years of experience in internal martial arts, 14 years of ballet training, 8 years of aerial acrobatics training and instruction, 4 years of Taekwondo and Karate training, and 1 year of Wing Chun, it is exciting to offer a unique and diverse approach to learning from a variety of different mind/body disciplines.
