• Drive the implementation of CI best practices across all plant functional areas without compromise.
• Execute improvement projects identified by plant leadership with determination and precision.
• Play a key role in identifying facility gaps and formulating strategic plans to address them decisively. Train and lead employees in the Fundamentals of Lean, including 7 Wastes, 5-S, PDCA, SMED, Visual management, Visual factory, etc., leaving no room for error.
• Train employees in problem-solving skills and actively promote the use of problem-solving tools within the plant's functional areas.
• Participate in GEMBA walks and vigorously instill a culture of continuous improvement across all plant functional areas. Establish ironclad standardized work and audit schedules for unwavering sustainability.
