  • Set and gathered gages for many different operations.
  • General knowledge of many different types of precision gaging such as Go-nogo gage, dial bores, calipers, micrometers, swing gages, thread gages master rings , ring segments.
  • Kept track of outgoing and incoming gages using the gagetrak software and then moved to high QA
  • Kept the gage crib well maintained and organized.
  • Kept up to date records of all gages in the building around 7000 different active gages.
  • Processed incoming gages and chemicals into the system and distributed them to their proper place in the building.
  • Created the gage crib work process sheet because there was none when I started. It included everything I did day to day, so all future employees had a template to follow when new to the job.
