• Patient safety aide- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
• The first line of next action will be to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in any at risk behaviors
• Next will be to summon the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.

• Responsible for the tasks such as taking order, delivering food to the residents, also assists in cleaning tables in the kitchen work area

• Under the supervision of the RN and clinical instructor I obtained vitals, monitors patient health, perform physical assessments, & administer medication.

• Assist with meal preparation, food handling and service
• Resupply napkins, silverware and other condiments
• Also Cashier
• Provide safety of the residents at all times and provide activities of daily living such as hygiene comfort and nutritional needs.
