My ambition is to revitalized a safety conscious environment that adds value to each member of the team by the authenticity of my words. I mean what I say and have the proof to back it up. Each field I have been apart of has been an opportunity to learn, not only what works but what doesn't. I value my team and the company I choose to work for because what we do today shapes the future of tomorrow and in order to gain the most from each person apart of any project one must understand how to bring out the greatest parts of each individual involved. At the least if my resume is to be interpreted properly, let it be that I focus on those around me driving their success through my mistakes and victories small wins large gains all of it can be compiled if we slow down and think about the safety of the team and let them know that they come first. Our profits will be driven higher than any competitor because of the culture we create.
