Developed a Breeding program for C.B. Ranch. Located and purchased 250 mother cows & 14 bulls. Designed and built cattle working facility, calving barn and corrals. Maintained facilities, livestock and equipment. Responsibilities included fencing, grazing rotation, feeding, buying/selling livestock, mineral supplements, vaccines, calving, maintain appearance of 26,000 acres. This included mowing, fencing, field repair, road maintenance and building upkeep.

My greatest achievement in this position was gaining 2.8 pounds per day on calves, while utilizing dry land pasture.

Managed 40 horses and their care. Safely guided trail rides and cattle drives for beginner riders. Assisted in the management of a team of 10 employees. Responsibilities included all out door property from road maintenance, plowing, sanding, shoveling snow, hot tubs, fire wood, pool cleaning, irrigation, landscaping, automotive maintenance & fencing. This property is 600 acres with a main Lodge, 26 guest cabins a barn and out buildings.

As an activities coordinator I worked with guests each day to organize their activities. I scheduled massages, fishing and float trips, ATV rides, horseback rides, special dinners and hikes. I organized pack lunches, back packs, maps and any gear that the guests needed for each activity. I took pictures of guests during their activities. I printed and framed their photos for them each evening.

Managed all aspects of the 180 cow & calf operation, irrigation, haying, fencing, equipment maintenance/repair and maintained buildings. This is a 3,000 acre deeded property with 3,000 acres additional leased.
