Key Project: Keppel Sakra Cogeneration Plant, Singapore (EPC)
The Keppel Sakra Cogeneration Plant (KSC Plant), located in Jurong Island, Singapore, is a 600MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant under development by Keppel Infrastructure. It is set to become Singapore's first hydrogen-ready, advanced, and highly efficient CCGT plant, with commissioning expected by early 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate project specifications, ensuring clarity on technical requirements and addressing any discrepancies in drawings.
• Prepare method statements, identify and resolve drawing discrepancies, and manage all associated project documentation.
• Lead project planning, material requisition, cost control, supervision, and ensure all tasks are aligned with project timelines and objectives.
• Oversee construction activities, coordinating closely with the client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters to ensure efficient progress.
• Ensure that project milestones are met on time and that work progresses smoothly while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
• Uphold strict quality control measures, ensuring work meets the highest standards and complies with safety and environmental regulations, in line with ISO requirements.
• Conduct internal audits as per the project quality plan, addressing any deviations promptly and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance (QA) plan and procedures, ensuring their proper implementation and adherence to best practices across all stages of the project.
• Lead investigations into non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate recurrence.
• Formulate and manage project schedules, ensuring targets are met within predefined parameters and constraints.
• Oversee the preparation and management of critical project documents, including certificates, calibration reports, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site instructions/observations.
• Collaborate with the consultant’s and client’s representatives to resolve quality-related issues, including the closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs).
• Develop and implement method statements, risk assessments, job safety environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Approval Requests (MAR), and Quality Control Plans (QCP) based on project specifications.

• Hamriyah IPP 1800 MW CCPP Project, Sharjah A new greenfield power generation plant, the Hamriyah IPP, is being developed adjacent to the existing Hamriyah Power and Water plants. The plant, located within the Hamriyah complex near the Hamriyah port in Sharjah, UAE, will utilize Combined Cycle Technology with a total net capacity of approximately 1800 MW. Main Contractor: Tecnicas Reunidas, Spain Fujairah F3 IPP Project Scheduled for commissioning in 2023, the Fujairah F3 IPP Project is set to become the UAE's largest independent thermal power plant with a capacity of 2400 MW. The plant will have the ability to generate electricity for more than 380,000 households in the UAE.

• Responsibilities:
• Implement effective systems, procedures, and compliance through quality and HSE audits to achieve the desired quality standards.
• Perform internal audits at the site as scheduled in the project quality plan.
• Develop and maintain the QA plan and existing manual, ensuring the implementation of QA procedures and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the resolution of non-conformance issues, identify root causes, and take preventive and corrective actions. Lead investigations into non-conformance with relevant departments.
• Formulate project plans and schedules, ensuring that project targets are met in accordance with predefined parameters.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation for the project, including certificates, calibration reports, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and site instructions/observations.
• Resolve quality-related issues in coordination with the consultant’s/client’s representative and site in-charge, ensuring the closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs).
• Devise method statements for risk assessments, job safety environmental analysis, Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, Material Approval Requests (MAR), Quality Control Plans/Procedures (QCP), and Project Quality Plans (PQP) based on project specifications.

Key Project:

Hamriyah IPP 1800 MW CCPP Project, Sharjah
The construction and assembly activities required for the Hamriyah IPP 1800 MW CCPP Project involve implementing a new greenfield power generation plant alongside the existing Hamriyah Power and Water plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that verification, inspection, and release activities are carried out in a timely manner according to approved quality control plans, procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Attend pre-inspection planning and progress meetings, providing guidance on requisition requirements and package, equipment specifications, and drawings.
• Review suppliers’ and subcontractors' quality control plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures, raise non-conformance reports, and expedite their closure.
• Report all inspection, testing, and release matters promptly to the Project QC Manager.
• Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
