Liaison between customer needs and technician recommendations
Explain services provided/recommended to customers through safety, reliability, and maintenance categories
Greet, contract, and inform customers creating a singular point of contact and tailored customer experience
Track accounts receivables and inventory for each customer
Read and edit sales/rental contracts to ensure accurate depictions of terms
