As a Manager I was in charge of supervising all plants, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, keep inventories up to date, participing in meetings with clients, do pre-op, inspetions, maintain a healthy relationship betwee client and the work team and much more.
In this position I was in charge of some plants at different periods of time.
After a while I become Area Supervisor. In this position my responsability was to go through the diffrent plant, be present on USDA inspertion, train new employees, make suere employees follow safety rules, help in cleaning operation when necessary.
