Identify extra fling needs and recommends to IOC where revenue warrants. Pro-actively identify critical markets system wide and monitor overs sales and spoilage on those markets.
Responsible for interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and helping passengers with self-serve or assisted check-in procedures. Deal with passenger flight queries. Verify travel documents, provide boarding passes, and tell passengers about luggage restrictions.
