As one of the start-up members of the Allstate Auto Dealer Program, I installed over 60 Dealer Agencies in the Western Territory - Initially supporting 20 states, most recently, exclusively California. As part of the start-up team, playing a critical role in creating and implementing training, onboarding, and installation processes for new Dealer Agencies in the program Ultimately winning the Spirit of the Eagle award for 2019 performance, the highest sales recognition in the company.

Partnered with a local dealership group to open a scratch Allstate agency within the dealership stores. Skills included business planning, recruiting, hiring, training, and day-to-day operations of the insurance agency.
