Continuous growth and implementation of personnel, software, equipment, policies and procedures to ensure a success rate of 99.8 percent uptime during the instructional workday.

Establishing and maintaining an outstanding customer support team to address the needs of our customers (staff, students and community).

Establishing and building successful long-term relationships/partnerships with key vendor partners. Performed multiple contract negotiations which established better connectivity to our locations.

Performed successful negotiations to meet budget constraints yet fulfill district needs.

Lead the transformation of several initiatives for the district which then influenced the state leadership (VOIP, Internet Filtering, VPN) to implement in all 174 districts across the state.

2016 - District Administrator of the Year

2019 - Superintendent and Board recognized with area of excellence award for project management, budgeting and implementation for the successful technology portion of three new facilities simultaneously, including the design and transition to a new central data center.
