During my time at liberty I've been responsible for quite a few things. Being the only tax preparer my tasks include but are not limited to, preparing accurate tax returns, tending to clients needs as they walk in the door and assessing their tax situation. I would answer the phone, make change and even take the trash out. I also do the manual labor as needed; lifting heavy boxes of tax returns and paper supplies. While at Liberty our client retention has been great, most of our first time clients become regulars year to year. Also, I helped build our Google review up to a 4.5 where it stands today!

I engaged in face to face cold calling to acquire clients for multiple home improvement services offered by the company. I then set up appointments with interested clients & communicated with office staff to confirm client information and appointment time. Product knowledge was key to correctly assess each homeowners potential need. For instance if cool air retention is an issue in the summer I would have recommended our amazing triple pain windows.
