I have played the game of soccer for about 12 years, 4 of those years being at the college level. Those experiences of all the highs and lows taught me what being a soccer player is all about. Not starting most of the games and at sometimes not even playing at the college level, Something about the game Just filled my heart with joy and excitement. Through the beginner stages of coaching my daughter over these years through volunteering, I've become to realize that I was meant to coach soccer and help youth understand the game and love the sport just as I do. I'm a firm believer in being a positive motivator through coaching. Along with hard work, dedication, and consistency one can achieve their goals in whatever they are doing. Through coaching these past few years I've experienced strategies that work and strategies that don't work. I've also learned through watching many other coaches and their teams as well. I'm ready to apply the skills I've learned through playing and through coaching and move to the next level of coaching. In my heart I know it is something that I will excell at and I'm ready for this next chapter of soccer in my life.
