Through being a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, we volunteered at numerous places around the University. We participated at the Raleigh boys club and conducted what is called a (lock in) and we stepped and put on programs that pushed awareness ex. drugs, bullying, sex. Every year the brothers go to the nearby church's and help make banners and signs for the Martin Luther King parade that we also participated in as members. We would go and speak at continuation schools to the troubled HS students and share our experiences growing up and how we overcame obstacles and barriers in our lives giving them the motivation to want to go to college and experience some of the things we got to experience as students.
Hobbies
I love spending time with my daughter and doing sing alongs.
I love playing sports ie. Basketball, running, football and almost any outdoor rec sports.
I love taking walks and going to the gym.
I love watching movies and comedies and eating junk food.
