Biomedical Research Internship at North Texas Eye Institute, Fortworth, TX May 2013 — July 2013
•Assisted in glaucoma research dealing with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP), which is the most critical risk factor in the development of Glaucoma •The purpose of my research was to determine whether or not sFRP1 was expressed in human trabecular mesh-work tissue by immunofluorescence.
