  • Partnered with various transportation nonprofits to spread awareness and deliver educational presentations to a total of 324 students on the Measure G ballot initiative (Let's Go San Diego!) to students
  • Researched and developed recommendations to increase student transit ridership, including a universal transit pass via student fee referendum, expansion of the Youth Opportunity Pass (YOP) program through SANDAG, and explored options for transit pass subsidization
  • Designed interactive, user-friendly maps using ArcGIS to provide students with visual guides for navigating public transportation options in San Diego
  • Coordinated a micromobility study in collaboration with SANDAG, examining national and international border cities with a focus on ridership patterns and theft case studies. This research informed the development of a micromobility plan for the city of San Diego

Urban Planning & Land Analisis Project

Collaborated with the City of San Diego’s Architecture and Urban Planning Team

  • Developed a proposal for a 50-story, LEED-certified mixed-use residential building in downtown San Diego, integrating condominiums, local markets, restaurants, a community garden, skateboard park, and terraces.
  • Led the design of the building and amenities within a 60,000 sq. ft. lot using SketchUp for 3D modeling and Google Maps/ArcGIS for mapping.
  • Presented the project to a group of over 30 urban planners, architects, and professionals, including development project manager from the City of San Diego, highlighting sustainable design and innovative land use.
