- We are an institutionally funded rocketeering team. This semester, we are assembling an efficiency-optimized two-stage rocket capable of ascending to 40,000 AGL for the upcoming Argonia Cup. As part of the Hybrid Engine team, my responsibility is to ensure that the pyrotechnic valve, the part responsible for precisely transferring the oxidizer into the combustion chamber, works safely and efficiently.
