· Collaborate with behavior specialists and related service staff to ensure student progress

· Coordinate extended school year services for approximately 200 students

· Hire and evaluate professional and support staff

· Facilitate staff training for approximately 150 staff

· Supervise IEP and re-evaluation meetings

· Coordinate teacher caseloads and class rosters

· Supervise itinerant autistic support teachers

· Oversee budgets for both the ESY and Autistic Support programs

· Conduct staff development and training

· Serve as agency representative at MDT and IEP meetings

· Conduct student observations for the purposes of behavior and instructional support

· Grant writing for assistive technology and instructional materials

· Case manage new referrals

· Support teachers in the development of IEPs

· Assess students using standardized and curriculum based assessments

· Support teachers in implementation of the Competent Learner Model

· Support teachers in implementation of Verbal Behavior methods and strategies

· Teach students reading, writing and math

· Draft IEPs

· Coordinate and run IEP meetings

· Serve on the Instructional Support Team for general education students

· Serve on school district education committee at the school board meetings

· Serve on grade level curriculum planning committees

· Provide support to students in the inclusive setting

· Assess students using curriculum based and standardized assessment
