Diverse Male Scholars Initiative (DMSI) Co-Founder, California Polytechnic State University, Humboldt, Arcata, CA, April 2018- May 2021,

Developed, coordinated, and executed a cohort-based curriculum to help with the retention of male students of color., 

Through an application and interviewing process, recruited and selected 20 male students of color to participate in this program., 

Recruited, selected, and trained 5 male peer mentors of color to guide our male students of color through higher education and beyond.,
