Environmental Sustainability

My past leadership experience at Fort McHenry allowed for me to build public interface skills at a professional level while also giving me the opportunity to interact with all races, age groups and nationalities. Success in this position required strong teamwork skills.
As a Research Fellow at Roanoke College I supported a Sociology Professor. I was responsible for collecting data, and communicating via email and phone calls to potential research subjects.
With Living Classrooms I was given the opportunity to work at Fort McHenry National Park and Historic Shrine and Hampton National Park. At these two sites I preformed a variety of duties from providing living history demonstrations with artillery to giving public talks on the history surrounding these parks. I also helped work on public outreach to recruit more volunteers to assist with the park service.
