I have been in the car business for 22 years. I Started in service and worked my way up to Dealer Manager. I Don't need to leave my current job but I also feel their is no more growth here. Over the last three years I spent a lot of time building a structured and profitable Dealership. Some of my most noted accomplishment are increasing dealer profits over 70%, trained a salesman to become an exceptional GSM, trained a lot manager to become a very good used car manager, Structured service too be more efficient by doubling the amount of cars we serviced each day. and implemented all process in both sales and service that all play a role in the dealerships success. I Believe it's time to find another Dealership/Group that I can use all the knowledge and skill's that I have acquired over the years to make them even more successful and profitable.
