
I am a student at Southeastern Louisiana University planning to graduate in December 2021 with a degree in Computer Science, concentrating in Data Science. I plan on starting graduate school in Fall 2022. My overall goal one day is to work on advanced mechanical prosthetics (such as myoelectric prosthetics).
Worked as an operator monitoring current traffic conditions and relaying information to and from different agencies, such as Louisiana State Police, Local Police and Emergency Medical Services. Also worked to disseminate information to motorists in the form of social media messages and through the use of specialized equipment such as Dynamic Messaging System boards, traffic beacons, and platforms developed and maintained for the Department of Transportation (511).
This position is the same as the position under the Kapsch TrafficCom listing, as the contract was held by Stantec first, and then awarded to Kapsch.
Worked as the shift lead in the Cafe situated in the Barnes and Noble College located on Louisiana State University campus. Managed employees on a shift-by-shift basis, as well as worked with store management to promote specific products and train employees to be able to provide a rotating selection of products for consumers.
Experience in Python as well as common Data Science tool kits (ie Tensorflow-keras, Numpy, Pandas, etc)
