Additional Information

I am familiar with all specs of the building process. I have wrote numerous articles after the hurricane on roofing, brick wall movement, brick tie failure, window failure, insurance claims, and much more. I received my General Contractor license in 2006, but started building in 2001. On average i built 40 residential homes a year up until 2016 when i retired at 39. I came back after the hurricane for 9 months to help my nephews manage the massive amounts of claims we had. In all we completed around 300 roofs, many brick wall repairs, several major framing repairs, and i personally spoke with all the insurance adjusters. We never overcharged, or tried to supplement claims, we simply did a true estimate on the damages the property suffered through the storm.

My reputation in this industry speaks for itself. I own a 5 star company, that has never had a wrongful claim against it. I have other contractors, realtors, lawyers, and vendors look to me for advice, or predictions on market conditions.
