*As Project Manager, I conduct final review, editing, and signing of final reports, as well as evaluation of analytical data prior to the release of final project to customer. Directly work with customers regarding interpreting data results, permit regulations, and troubleshooting.

*Closely collaborated with project members to identify and quickly address problems.

*In the role of Laboratory Training Instructor, I travel to laboratories and conduct on-site trainings including microbiology, general analytical chemistry, as well as whole lab development and analyst training.

*As the Primary Senior Microbiology Analyst for 12 years, my duties included overseeing the microbiology lab in all aspects from QA/QC for EPA compliance, to maintaining supplies, conducting all analyses, maintaining records, and SOP creation and revision.

• Created engaging lesson plans and provided well-organized classroom structure to help students succeed in program.
• Talked with students in need of extra attention and made plans to assist with concerns.
