As an Aftercare Leader, I am entrusted with the care and enrichment of a class of 30 pre-K students, guiding them through their after-school hours with patience, creativity, and dedication. A central aspect of my role is to assist students with their homework and provide additional learning support tailored to their individual needs. I strive to create a nurturing environment where students feel supported and motivated to excel academically. Beyond academic assistance, I design engaging crafts and activities aimed at developing fine motor skills and enhancing comprehension. These hands-on projects not only reinforce learning but also foster creativity and critical thinking skills in young minds. By fostering a supportive and stimulating after-school environment, I aim to empower students to reach their full potential and instill in them a lifelong love for learning.

Working at Premium Healthcare provided me with a dynamic role where I became deeply involved in patient care coordination. A significant aspect of my responsibilities revolved around managing patient schedules. This involved scheduling doctor appointments, accommodating patient preferences and availability, and adeptly handling any necessary rescheduling to ensure optimal patient care. Moreover, I played a crucial role in managing medication-related concerns, such as delays or authorizations. Furthermore, in the era of telemedicine, I assisted patients with scheduling virtual appointments, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients. Moreover, I liaised with pharmacies to arrange prescription refills, demonstrating my commitment to ensuring patients' ongoing medication needs were met efficiently. My role at Premium Healthcare allowed me to serve as a crucial link between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

During my time at Dick's Sporting Goods, I garnered extensive experience across various departments. Working at the register, I adeptly processed transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while providing excellent customer service. On the sales floor, I engaged with customers, assisting them in finding the right products to suit their needs, whether it was sports equipment, apparel, or accessories. My time in the footwear department allowed me to delve deeper into product knowledge, assisting customers in selecting the perfect pair of shoes for their athletic endeavors. By working in multiple areas of the store, I gained a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, from inventory management to customer interactions.

During my time at Aldo, I honed my customer service skills through personalized interactions with shoppers.
