Summary

I am a multi-talented paraprofessional with 6 years of experience (working) directing students and assisting lead teachers. Expert at restating lesson information, tutoring, applying rules and working with struggling students. I am always team-minded when collaborating with teacher and implementing set lesson plans and classroom activities. I have been actively involved in Special Education since I was in 1st grade. I have helped and been involved in the writing of many of my IEP's so I am familiar with a lot of things in Special Education. I am very passionate about SPED, due to my good and bad experience I received. I know exactly what I did NOT receive and how it affected my ability to succeed and will do everything in my power to make sure every one of my students individualized education plan is met 100%.
