• Redesigned the backend data structure to efficiently support resource-intensive queries for 1 million records, resulting in a 2x improvement in UI load speed based on UI Analytics.
• Seamlessly led the migration to the new query backend, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution. This involved coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

• Designed and implemented a monitoring service for UI operating across diverse environments, supporting a daily active user base of 50K.
• Implemented and optimized alerting and dashboarding systems, harnessing insights from logs collected through UI analytics to drive proactive monitoring and decision-making.

Vendor Referencing System

• Led the deprecation of critical micro-services serving millions of dollars in revenue for thousands of clients after a decade of operation, collaborating with multiple clients to migrate product information from internal Amazon systems to external vendor platforms.

Supplier Pack Hierarchy

• Designed and backfilled a new database to rekey trillions of cost data to the new pack hierarchy to eliminate the identifier gap between Amazon and 3p vendors.

AWS Enterprise OpenID Client Registration

• Designed and implemented a new OIDC client registration micro service to provide the SSO federation for most popular 1st party AWS Enterprise Applications at initial launch.
