Jacob Duncan

I am a recent college graduate with an immense passion for film and television production. While receiving my degree at Western Michigan University, I couldn't help but feel I wasn't learning enough in the classroom. I was taught essential, basic concepts; however, I felt deprived of the hands-on experience needed to excel in this industry. Therefore, I dedicated much of my time outside the classroom to learning more about myriad aspects of video production.

I began working underneath local freelancers and taking on many projects of my own, handling every aspect of production. I especially flourished in video editing, where I spent countless hours building my skills in Final Cut Pro. Now, after four years of higher education, I have simultaneously accumulated four years of worthwhile experience in video production, not only progressing my skills as a video creator but also my skills in persistence and leadership.

I am constantly striving for progress. No matter the project, I am always looking to learn and improve through experience. I'm willing to take on any task or responsibility, give it 100%, and acknowledge any of my mistakes to make necessary corrections. I not only want to keep improving for personal development, but I also want to help ensure every production is of the utmost quality.

This is my passion, and I am eager to keep learning and evolving my creative ability at Warner Media!
