I started as a busboy and room service waiter at a golf resort for the Samoset Resort. I was promoted to a Fine Dining Server and Captain. I made Caesar Salads, Steak Diane's, and Banana Foster's tableside (amongst others).
At Buca Di Beppo I was in charge of functions ranging from 30 to 50 guests. In 2006, I won Server of the Year of South Florida by CityLink.
With Jacaranda, I set up buffets, bartend, and take orders when the function requires.
I believe in teamwork and making sure the guests leave with a smile.
