I continue to develop new content marketing to attract new prospective clients and increase revenue and profit for Solution Services, Inc.

Started my own marketing and sales consulting business after investing $15,000 to be mentored by a professional marketing consultant. Enjoyed 30 years of helping small business owners of all industry - retail, wholesale, manufacturing, service and professional increase sales and profits. I utilized a unique marketing and sales system that I created called the 21st Century Marketing System to grow their sales and profits without investing additional dollars in advertising - online and offline.

I guaranteed my performance in every agreement I entered in with the business owner.

During the engagement with the business I often trained and motivated internal sales staff and marketing personnel. This would be in small groups of a couple to dozens. These owners were all entrepreneurs.

I was thrilled to be of service to them.

I learned how to grow my business and earnings by forming strategic alliances with groups and associations that included small business owners. These groups would then refer me to their members. I learned the value of important alliances and keeping their trust so they continued to refer opportunities.

As the industry technology evolved I felt a desire to make a change and became employed at Solution Services, Inc. in April 2020.

Managed a sales group of ten auto leasing agents for an independent start-up auto leasing company. In two years reached sales over one million. Created new marketing and lead generation methods for the industry as we were not connected to an established auto sales company. Trained and motivated the sales people on a regular basis. I learned to lead people, manage activity. A key lesson in leadership.
