Responsibilities

• Watching after the children and helping them develop by teaching them fine motor skills and gross motor skills.
• Teaching the children to be social and how to be interactive and independent.
• Giving parents reassurance and guidance whenever they have any questions or concerns about their child or in general.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the customers at a register or at self checkout by ringing them up or giving them information on any questions they had regarding items or concerns about the store.
• Making sure the customers are happy and satisfied with how their shopping experience went/is going.
• Communicating with the higher ups, managers, and other employees regarding concerns I had, or even helping the employees with concerns they had.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers on the sales floor in person, via telephone, or even online.
• Using the computer system to put in orders, checkout customers after they're done shopping, and also answering calls from customers regarding any questions or concerns they may have had.
• While being a paint sales associate, I had to stock the shelf, clean the aisles and the paint desk, and answer and also transfer calls while being at the desk.

Responsibilities

• Help customers checkout their items when done shopping and assist with their rewards they had on the computer system.
• Answer phone calls from customers or stores from different locations and help with their concerns.
• Use computer system to look up the customers rewards, put in layaway orders, look up certain products to check for stock, and also check for the sales we had to meet.
