Participated in the repositioning of more than 15,000 units with leadership responsibility for nearly half of those. Responsibilities included competitive market analysis, design development and review, project management, marketing plan design, collateral development and hiring/training of on-site staff to support the new model. Managed the ongoing maintenance and review of an assets physical appearance to best present the asset in the marketplace. Worked with architects and designers to improve asset appeal and developed inspection procedures for the onsite management and maintenance team to ensure objectives were maintained. Responsible for preparing extensive operating and capital budgets in addition to working with property and asset management staff to closely monitor and manage progress with short and long-term goals. Experienced with institutional owners, corporate owners, investment managers, property managers and developers on a variety of multi-family asset classes. Active participant in multi-family professional associations to the board level. Current trainer for Certified Apartment Manager, National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician. Received award in 2003 as the Atlanta Apartment Associations Multi-Site Leader of the Year.
