I am a footwear developer who is well-organized and conscientious. I understand how to build patterns that result in efficient yields, optimal comfort, and the lowest possible import duty. I made communication between teams transparent by offering costing and construction guidelines, as well as material steering sections. Managed the development of outdoor performance and lifestyle footwear for men and women, including sandals, sports shoes, and waterproof footwear. At each round, I reviewed upper shell designs and tooling files, making construction ideas and anticipating and resolving fit and construction difficulties.
