- Configured the SAP MRS system through out to enable functionalities such Staffing Requests/Team Schedule/ Find Expertise/ NN Resource Management/ Resource Skill Profile Management/ My Schedule etc. Designed various Resource Management friendly applications, to enhance the productivity and usability of the SAP MRS Applications to the Planners.
- Leading a team who are actively involved in implementing/ supporting the SAP MRS solution as part of IBS ETC 2.0, Americas. Responsible for supporting various SAP MRS functionalities such as Staffing Request (Demand) Life Cycle Management and Resource Master Data, Availability, Booking, Capacity Graph, Team Schedule/ Project Schedules etc.
- Responsible for Design, build, and test all new enhancements delivery to production.
- Supporting the SAP MRS Integration with SAP CPM, OLM and ELM systems, working closely with HANA Reporting teams and different legacy and third party systems such as ProFinda (Leading Workforce Optimization platform for mapping skills, knowledge & expertise available across an organization’s total talent pool)
